Our Easy Order Cancellation Policy 

At Chiefs Jacket, customer satisfaction and respect are important to us. Our top priority is to keep our customers happy and satisfied with their purchased outfit. As an online fashion store, we believe in clear communication. To keep things simple and transparent, we’ve shared our order cancellation policy below. 

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Here at Chiefs Jacket, a customer may request to cancel their purchased order within 24 hours from the time the order confirmation email is received. 
  • Cancellations are possible only if the order is still unprocessed and has not been dispatched.
  • Order cancellation requests should be submitted to us through the right email, along with the order number and a clear reason for cancellation. 

24-Hour Cancellation Charges

  • Please note that if we receive a cancellation request within 24 hours, a  35% processing and handling fee will be deducted from the total amount paid during checkout. This is only to help us to cover the payment gateway charges, order processing, and administrative costs.

Cancellation After Order Processing or Dispatch

  • Kindly note that cancellations aren’t possible after 24 hours have passed since confirmation or once your order has been processed or shipped.

Returns for Non-Cancellable Orders

  • If cancelling your order is not possible. You can still take advantage of our 30-day return policy once you receive your product. But it's what totally depends on the eligibility and return conditions.
