Express Shipping:

Please note that the delivery timelines start after your order is processed and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

After sending your order to our courier partners, you will get a confirmation email including your tracking number. Moreover, this tracking number will help you monitor your order on the shipper's web page. Please get in touch with us right away if you don't receive or locate your tracking number in your email.

Important Guidelines:

1. Wrong Address: Chiefs Jacket is not responsible if the buyers provide the wrong address during the checkout process. So, please check your address twice during checkout. 

2. Adjust Your Order: Once you complete placing your order, there is no possible way to change any information. To avoid changes in your order, please make sure to give us the correct information. 

3. Deliveries to Remote Areas: To ship in the remote areas, some extra delivery fees may apply depending on the courier's costs. You will get notified if any extra charges are required before shipment. 

4. Customs & Duties: Chiefs Jacket orders are delivered as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). For your information, DDU indicates that import taxes and customs charges are not included in our pricing.  Furthermore, it's the customer's responsibility to pay all duties and taxes on their required purchase. 

5. Can we deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes? We do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. For your security, all deliveries require a signature to ensure your order reaches the right hands.
