Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days

Return Eligibility:

  • At Chiefs Jacket, returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • Please note that those items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for return

Return Initiation Process:

  • Want to return your order? Do contact us through our email at contact@chiefsjacket.com with your order number and a proper reason for return. 

  • After having your return request with a clear reason, our customer team will provide you with the return instructions and authorization. 

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Kindly note that the customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • If there was an error from our side in your desired product, like a wrong or defective item, then we will pay the return shipping cost. 

How Refunds Work

Timeframe for Refunds:

  • After we get our hands on your returned item and complete the inspection, you will be updated through email about the acceptance or refusal of your refund. 

  • Note that accepted refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How Partial Refunds Work:

  • In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if an item is returned in a condition that is not identical to its original state.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For your information, please note that sale items, promotional products, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded at Chiefs Jacket. 

Exchanges

Items Eligible for Exchange:

  • Here at Chiefs Jacket, exchanges are only possible and eligible within 30 days of delivery. 

  • The buyer has to cover the shipping cost related to the exchanged items. 

  • Moreover, the procedure for exchange requests is the same as that for returns.
